Reservation and annulation

  

 

The reservation is final after paying the deposit (20% of the price). The payment details will be sent to you in a confirmation email.

 

The remaining balance (together with the deposit) must be paid at least 6 weeks before the reserved period.

 

By paying the advance you are agreeing to the rental conditions.

 

For bookings less than 6 weeks before the requested period, the full amount (together with the deposit) must be paid.

 

It is possible to cancel a stay.

 

Cancellation costs:

- More than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period = 20% of the total rental price,

- Less than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period = 50% of the total rental price. 

 

Because of Covid-19, we look also to the situation at hand. If you cancel because of Covid-19, we can give you a full refund or voucher to book on a later date.

 

Stay

 

Arrival is scheduled between 4pm and 6 pm.

 

You must leave the house before 11am, or otherwise agreed with the landlord.

 

The deposit is 250 euro and must be paid together with the remaining balance of the rent, this is refunded within 14 days after departure, when no damage or theft has occurred.

If you bring a pet, the deposit will be increased to 350 euro.

 

The use of water, gas, electricity and WIFI are included in the rent. As you know, energy is expensive, so we ask you to use it advisably.

 

After the stay we ask to leave the house clean and tidy (all cleaning supplies are present). If this is not done or if you do not wish to do this, 75 euro will be deducted from the deposit as costs for final cleaning. All used spaces must always be left clean.

 

If  there are any comments about the cleanliness at the start of the stay, please let us know so that we can take this into account.

 

Smoking in the house isn't allowed! Please do not throw butts around the house or on the terrace, we have provided an ashtray in which you can throw it (please also empty it on departure).

 

Waste must be sorted and deposited in the correct waste container at the entrance of the domain.

 

If you wish to bring a pet, you can report this through our reservation form. Unfortunately, we cannot allow large pets (this in the sign of future tenants and to prevent damage to furniture and etc.
